I believe that you can download PDFs through Safari, O'Reilly's online library, and Essential SQLAlchemy is available on Safari. Just go to the O'Reilly detail page for Essential SQLAlchemy , click "read it now", and that will get you started on the Safari signup process.

Tried to get hold of a copy of your book today, but O'Reilly don't seem to be offering your book in PDF format. Any ideas why that might be?
